Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once they are purchased.

  • Each set of press-on nails is handcrafted and made to order, ensuring the highest quality and uniqueness for every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@Gnoir.ca  within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Please include:

    • Your order number,

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging,

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Gnoir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After this time, production may have already started and cancellations will not be possible
